A very nice set of these hard-to-find books complete with all volumes and inserts including a letter from the publisher and newspaper articles written about these books at the time they were published!!ABOUT THE BOOK: The Facsimile Editions comes complete in Two Volumes and features 1,785 Plates of the Dead Sea Scroll fragments found in Cave Four. The large folio books were distributed for the use of scholars throughout the world and offer a great amount of detail for each fragment.These volumes were prepared with an Introduction and Index by Robert H. Eisenman and James M. Robinson.The Preliminary Editions comes complete in Four Volumes and features detailed reconstructions of each textual symbol identified on the Dead Sea Scrolls. This four volume set was reconstructed and edited by Ben Zion Wacholder and Martin G. Abegg.These books are all inclusive. Volume four of the Preliminary Editions was originally bound with pg. 218 duplicated in the text. They were shipped from the publisher with a letter and a xeroxed copy of the correct page with intructions to insert this page into its correct location.
